The Fontansk Lyceum of the Fontansk Village Council of Odesa District, Odesa Region, has its history dating back to 1978 — that was when the school building was constructed, which remains a center of knowledge, development, and upbringing of the younger generation to this day.
As of the beginning of the school year, according to reporting data, the lyceum has 1,023 students. The institution creates a modern, safe, and comfortable educational environment where every child has the opportunity to reveal their abilities and talents.
The lyceum hosts five clubs. Sports sections in volleyball, football, and basketball are actively functioning, where students develop physical endurance, team spirit, and achieve high results in competitions.
The creative direction is represented by the 'Art Workshop' club, where children create genuine works of art by hand, developing creativity and artistic taste.
An important place is occupied by the 'Defense of Ukraine' club, where students cultivate patriotic awareness, study basic safety principles, and acquire the knowledge necessary for responsible citizenship. A special advantage of the institution is that all lyceum students are provided with free meals, which contributes to maintaining children's health and creating equal conditions for learning.
