History of the Institution

The Preschool Education Institution “Karamelka” was built in 2020 and began its operation on June 1, 2021. The institution has created the necessary conditions for the comprehensive development of preschool-age children and ensured proper preparation of the educational, methodological, and material and technical base. Groups, an art studio, a psychologist’s office, a medical office, a methodological room, and a multifunctional hall for physical education and musical activities are equipped with appropriate facilities for activity-based development, taking into account the indicative list of teaching aids defined by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, which has enabled effective organization of the educational environment.


Information about the Shelter

On the basement level, there is a basic shelter with an area of 356.2 m². Currently, it is equipped with a hall (conditionally divided into zones: a “Kids zone” play area for children and a relaxation area), 1 dining area, 1 sleeping area, and 2 toilets (for younger and older children). All rooms are equipped with a heat recovery system and have natural ventilation. The power supply and lighting systems are operational, LED lamps are used, and flashlights are also available. The institution is equipped with two generators that serve the shelter, as well as the first, second, and third floors. The premises are equipped with a fire alarm system, fire extinguishers are charged, and rescue tools are available. Internet access is available. Water supply is centralized, washbasins are operational, and the heating system is functioning. There are 3 emergency exits. The shelter is designed to accommodate 650 people.

She ensures timely preparation of documents, control over their circulation and storage, and contributes to streamlining administrative processes within the institution.
