Today, in the educational and cultural institutions of the community, words familiar to every Ukrainian were heard — the National Anthem of Ukraine.

To mark this occasion, schools, libraries, and cultural institutions held thematic events: a joint performance of the National Anthem of Ukraine, a ceremonial raising of the State Flag, lectures and presentations, as well as round-table discussions about the importance of national symbols for modern society. During the events, children and adults recalled the history of the country’s main song and together sang the lines that unite generations.

“Soul and body we will lay down for our freedom, And we will show that we, brothers, are of the Cossack nation…”

At such moments, a special sense of unity, pride in our state, and faith in Ukraine can be felt. Because when the Anthem sounds, we once again realize: we are a people who know our history, preserve our symbols, and confidently look toward the future.
