Getting ready to implement the senior specialized school reform

Dear parents and students!
The Fontanska Rural Territorial Community is starting preparations for the implementation of the senior specialized school reform, which involves education in grades 10–12 starting from September 1, 2027.
Two lyceums, 'Fontansky' and 'Kryzhanivsky,' will operate in the community.
The goal of the reform is to give students more opportunities to choose a learning profile according to their interests, abilities, and future plans. The main stages of preparation:
-
Informing parents and students about the features of the reform and the possibilities of specialized learning.
-
Studying students’ educational needs through surveys, questionnaires, and consultations.
-
Determining the possibilities for specialized learning taking into account staffing and material and technical resources.
-
Preparing teachers and the educational environment to work under the new senior school model.
-
Organizing the transition to the new learning model in accordance with legislation and approved official decisions.
Dear parents!
We ask you to discuss with your children their learning interests, favorite subjects, and plans for the future. We invite you to take part in surveys and consultations organized by the lyceums.
The results of studying educational needs will help plan specialized learning. Information about available programs, enrollment procedures, admission deadlines, and transportation arrangements will be published after the relevant official decisions are made.
Let's prepare for changes together to ensure our children receive quality education and have the opportunity to consciously choose their own educational path!
