🎯 In the Fontanka community, work is ongoing on developing a modern system for youth career guidance.

A working group meeting was held to develop the Implementation Plan for the career guidance system in the Fontanska rural territorial community for 2026–2027 as part of the Swiss-Ukrainian DECIDE project.
Participants of the meeting identified key directions for career guidance work, discussed cooperation between educational institutions, employers, and vocational education centers, as well as activities that will help students get better acquainted with the world of professions and make informed choices about their future careers.
The result of this work will be an action plan aimed at creating an effective career guidance system and expanding opportunities for the professional self-determination of the community’s youth.
